Rent and Fees

Rent is paid by check on the first of every month either during our scheduled collection period or by using our secure drop box.
Utilites and Maintenance

Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Park-provided utilities will be charged along with your monthly lot rent.

Residents are responsible for maintaining their mobile homes and the surrounding lot. The park management handles common area maintenance.

Amenities and Services
Moving In And Out

After approval of your application, our office will provide you with a move-in checklist and schedule. You’ll also need to sign a lease agreement.

To terminate your lease, a written notice 30 days prior to vacating is appreciated.

Yes, you can sell your mobile home. The new owner must apply for residency and be approved by the park management before moving in.
